Ain't this something. The Browns are ahead of the Bengals, the Lions are ahead of the Bears, the Raiders are ahead of the Chargers, and last year's NFCS cellar dweller Bucs are in charge in NASCAR country. The top half of the first round is almost all crap up til this week. Strange season.

That's the exact thing I was talking about.......the ball was tipped up into the air and it went into a NE lineman's hand instead of a Cinci's player running the other way for a TD.Good break for NE.
If the bounce goes the other way, then suddenly the "this is why they win -- they don't sit on the ball" crowd starts to complain about why they didn't sit on the ball. It's not like they're averaging nearly 6 ypc or anything... oh wait, they are. It's to the point where no matter what the Patriots do, it is brilliant. They're a very good team, but they are not infallible.
16-0Dallas is not going to beat them.. Indy had a close game against both TEN and HOU... Pitt lost to ARZ this weekend.. I honestly don't see anyone beating them this year.. It could happen..
Hate to burst the bubble....but nope, won't happen.
I'm not a NE fan and could really care less if it happens (other than the fact I wouldn't have to see all of those old bastards from Miami with their champaniiia each season when a team loses their first)..

So how are those FG's looking for the Bengals right about now?
That's not the story of the game............the story was they couldn't stop the run. Ok, let's say instead of the last 2 FG's let's say they were TDs, who wins?It wasn't just that they kicked FG's, they couldn't stop the run ALL night and NE ate up huge amounts of time.

Maybe Marv will send CJ and Palmer back out if they get the ball back. Already left Housh in too late. Game was over, crutchboy.

No problem, It is all fun each week. As you can see by my avatar, Love Colts....I hate the Pats. Actually, I started to not like them in '85. Anyways, I do have mucho admiration for what they have accomplished. I personally don't care about that Miami team. I do understand what your talking about. If the Pats beat the Colts in Indy, and don't rest their starters at the end of the year....oh boy.

#### was that Housh limping?
yep. i think it was.
Damnit. Got my fingers crossed that he's ok. Looked like he was trampled on that interception.
Housh is tough, he'll be fine. He could play hockey.
I've watched it a bunch of times now, didn't look good. He clutches his leg just above the outside of his knee. His leg got stepped on from the side. The thing was bent oddly.

I want to know Tom Brady's hair transplant doctor, seriously, it's the best job I've ever seen...the guy was well on his way to Matt Hasselbeck territory 4 seasons ago, and now, well...

I've only got a few years left...

How many yards does TJ have officially? AOL says 99, NFL.com says 100. If it's 100 I win, if it's 99 I lose. :coffee:
Similar Boat. Except the other way! I imagine NFL is correct. I hope something changes!!

it has to do with the run/pass for -1 yards. it looked backwards to me, so i think it will end up a run.
Oh man, that means I lose either way because AOL has that as a reception and it's a ppr league. So it's either 11 for 99 or 10 for 100. If Palmer just would have completed that last pass to TJ I win. :wall:

Brady being asked in the post game: "what has Randy Moss brought to you and this team?"

Brady: "well, every time I throw it to him he catches it."

They play Indy week 9 so let's say they win, once you get toward the end of the season some players will rest. I think they could have a loss in that end of the year area....
