I don't know how interested anyone is in starting either of these guys vs. the Pats in Foxboro and it's terrible weather right now but as a Jets homer I can assure you that 100% unquestionably both Cotch and Coles play today.

No two ways about it.

Jerricho Cotchery (questionable, finger) was limited in Friday's practice.

Cotchery has always given the Patriots fits, but passing could be a struggle for both teams with 50 MPH wind gusts expected in Foxborough. He is expected to be in action, but carries a lot of risk as a fantasy play.

Laveranues Coles (questionable, ankle) was limited in practice Friday.

We'll know Coles' status early Sunday, but by all accounts he's expected to play at New England. The unfavorable conditions make him a risky play.

So assuming they are healthy, let's evaluate the "truthiness" of this statement from RW:

"Jerricho Cotchery and Laveranues Coles have played well against New England in the pass. They are both capable of catching short passes and taking them long distances, a strategy that should work in any whether. They are still solid WR2/3 options despite the injuries, especially in PPR leagues."

Discuss. I'd tend to agree (more so for Coles) if it wasn't an angry NE Defense..
