Alright, he's flex, but how about we have two flex and only one character since all the good characters are gone?

Then everyone has a "good" character now and we'll have to make do. You're not at the disadvantage that you think you are. There are other ways to make up not getting Kramer, George, Elaine, or Jerry and you're well on your way to making up that deficit already.

Maybe so. I just had so many other good choices for flex I hate to use it up.
 
Since Jerry Seinfeld the character was taken, does that mean that Jerry Seinfeld the writer/producer is still available?

 
David at the flex is a great pick---I contemplated it at 2, but couldn't pass up George.(btw, whoever said George is overrated is on crack). I would have taken him at 3 or higher, though.

HIGHLY over-rated. And one has nothing to do with the other.Edit: OK, I'm exaggerating again. I would have probably taken George 3rd after Larry David. But I wouldn't feel good about it. I'd be like the guy who drafted Jamal Lewis this season.

It's silly to say any of the four are a lousy pick at any spot. The show could not have been what it was without any of them. They are all some of the greatest characters ever evented.

I'm not sure how you can call David the best #2 overall pick and then say George is overrated---George is Larry David's version of himself within the show. He's classic.

I don't see the correlation. I don't think less of Muhammad Ali's brilliance because Will Smith can't act worth a ####.

Had a tough time deciding between the apartment and the Coffee Shop. In the end, the Coffee Shop seemed more exotic.

If you truly can't see the correlation (which I doubt), then so be it. You just don't like George. He is still my favorite character on the show, and I'm quite pleased with him at 2. :banned:

I don't understand the Larry David pick. He's played more than one character on the show. Are the characters that he played still on the board? Can Morty Seinfeld get picked twice because 2 different actors played him? What in God's name is going on?

I would think the LD characters are still available, but since Morty was drafted as a character, that character is gone no matter who played him.That may only be my opinion, but since I'm one of the smartest people here, you should probably listen to it.

He very much should be. Either that or there should be a category for "writer". Who's going to use a flex on Larry Charles? But he certainly deserves to be drafted.Larry David should definitely NOT be illegal. There's more to the show than just the characters. You guys are showing a very disheartening level of one-dimensionality to your thinking.

I think Scott's one of those people who has trouble separating TV world from the real world.

 
I picked Larry David as producer/writer/actor/creator and all the characters he played. I can do anything with my flex, and that's how I define the pick. If it's allowed that people can pick a character he played after my pick, so be it, but my definition stands.
