Marc Bulger (concussion) practiced again Friday and Rams coach Scott Linehan says he'll start Sunday against Green Bay.

"This week he seems to be 100 percent," Linehan said. Bulger, who is listed as probable for Week 15, faces a Packers defense that is expected to have CB Charles Woodson. Bulger's return is more good news for Torry Holt and Isaac Bruce than it is for his fantasy owners; he's a marginal fantasy start.

Even better news for Holt/Bruce owners; Ferotte is the backup QB moving Berlin down to emergency QB.

That means that if Bulger is knocked out of the game, there is still Ferotte to throw the ball.
