Lots of talk in the FFA lately about how we deal with these animals. Some have proposed scaling up military actions and trying to kill the terrorists before they kill us. Others have suggested that killing terrorists will only create more terrorists, and so we are better off trying to make friends with them. One proposal on this latter course has been a propaganda campaign employing the wide-scale dropping of pamphlets.
