They opened for Cheap Trick. The highlight was in between songs the singer leaned over the edge of the stage and asked the crowd in the front row "Woooo...who farted?" True story.

Tough to compete with Cheap Trick in 1981, admittedly. But I'm actually enjoying the posted videos and albums, which I hadn't heard before. Even more respect for Kix now.
