He's perpetually on the "Totally gonna be a DE1" lists year to year, but constantly disappoints. He's currently seeing about 50% of the snaps (and doing badly). Is there any hope for him, especially for dynasty, or is it time to just jettison?

If you have room on your roster to just let him float it doesn't hurt to see if he can turn a corner but I would have no problem dropping him for help if you need to.
