This seems to be the year for late drop outs. I let a guy slide on the fee with a promise to pay and he did not come through...

So, we have completed much of the off-season festivities. We still have the rookie auction coming up beginning July 10
and, of course, unrestricted free agency follows until the beginning of the NFL season.
I am looking for a dedicated owner with honesty and integrity. An owner that will be online very often and one that will learn
the rules to the fullest extent. This league requires owners to meet deadline. So, I need someone who will meet those deadlines
100% of the time.

The off-season schedule is posted at the bottom of the bylaws page. The open team is notated as
such on the league home page. Please look at the rosters and contracts along with the bylaws so
that you know what you are getting into.
The league fee by paypal is 20.88 and all is paid out with the exception of MFL fee and MFL history.
Payouts are documented in the bylaws plus another $10 pay out to the regular season point leader.
