I was looking for a Dynasty league but I'm not having much luck finding what I'm looking for.
I saw plenty of people looking for leagues, lets just start one of our own.
Hoping someone else will take up as commissioner. I think I have a guy

Hoping for:
24 teams, 12 in each conference. Each conference has it's own draft and separate pool of players. No trading between conferences..
Entry:
Annual League Dues are $105. All league fees are handled by league safe. All teams are required to pay a deposit towards the following season if they trade away a future 1st or 2nd round pick. This allows us to discount teams who have been abandoned by current owners. $50
Rosters:
Active rosters consist of 22 total players. There will also be an additional 2 IR spots for use only when a player is injured and is labeled as Out or IR. There are also 5 Taxi Squad spots for developing rookies and 2nd year players.
Starting Lineups:
Each week you can start 1 QB, 1-3 RB, 2-5 WR, 1-2 TE, 1 K and 1 Def totaling 10 players.
Waivers:
Blind Bid followed by FCFS. Open between rookie draft and playoffs
Scoring:
.05 per yard passing
.1 per yard rushing or receiving
1 per reception
4 per passing TD
6 per rushing or receiving TD
2 per 2 pointer
-1 for Int
-1 for fumble
-1 for fumbles lost to opponent
Playoffs:
6 teams from each conference make the playoffs
6 teams per conference play for the toilet bowl
League Payout Structure as of the '13 Season:
24 owners @ $105 a piece - $2,520 POT
Site Management MFL - $140 if we pay by June (saves $30)
Fantasy bowl winner - $500
Conf champ - $500 x 2 = $1,000
2nd place per conference $220 x 2 = $440
3rd place per conference $100 x 2 = $200
Leading scorer per conference - $40 per = $80
Division winners - $20 per = $120
Overall Toilet Bowl Winner - $20 = $40 + 1.13 rookie
Draft:
Inaugural - serpentine
Annually - 5 round rookie draft, worst to first + 1.13 for toilet bowl winner
