This is 100% the union's fault and the names leaking out is probably the lone reason that Fehr isn't sitting next to him answering questions.They F'd this up and bad.And whether he's up there lying through his teeth, or not, he is totatly going about this the right way. Meanwhile, it seems that A Rod went out of his way to go about this on his own and folded like a house a cards. Imagine that.Also, I love how ESPN comes out of the presser right into the Home Run Derby.

Maybe, but the fact remains that this whole ordeal is a joke. That list was supposed to be private and anonymous and then under court seal. The fact that any portion of it even comes close to being made public is a disgrace. I don't care about the steriods issue at all - but on this one I have join the vitriolic rebuttals to this crap that the players association wishes it could make. Instead of Congress holding hearings on the BCS or whether or not baseball players are taking over the counter suppliments sold at GNC, they should actually do something about a member of the bar leaking this information, finding out why a court order isn't being followed, and burn every single person guilty of it.
