9.  Hidden Figures.

10.  Toni Erdmann-  It's really long.  Also the funniest movie of the year.  Half of you will hate it.  May be special to those who have daughter's.  I don't.  But have many sisters and the lead characters' dynamic was familiar in a way.  It's different.  I'll say that.

Notable Mentions:  10 Cloverfield Lane, Captain Fantastic, Loving, Deadpool, Everybody Wants Some.

Havent seen:  The Edge of Seventeen, Fences,  Lion and Nocturnal Animals.

4.  Arrival

All very good and well worth it.  Might go see La La Land.
