Our new Eagles jerseys (1 Viewer)

remember the Jay-z line "I don't wear jerseys I'm 30+, give me a button up" or something along those lines?

I was kind of just busting your balls though. Jerseys are ok when watching games at home, or at friends house. If you are out in public watching a game just get a team polo.
Yeah, I'm not out wearing my jersey doing everyday stuff. I put it on when there's a game. Like I said, the whole family got one. And one of the greatest things that came out of it was that my daughter fell in love with her jersey. She went from not watching any sports to now sitting with me and my cousins rooting on "her team."

And I'm not someone who cares what others think, so I don't worry about what others say. I've always loved jerseys. Just something about having an authentic (even if it is a knockoff) jersey from your favorite team.

:hifive: Wore a Rick Mirer jersey to work on friday for every game in 2013. Thing is at least 20 years old. Don't care.

edit- not sure why I bolded your entire quote

While I am also one that never "got" wearing jerseys, my Eagles love does go back to watching with my dad in high school.

Buffalo-based grocery chain Wegmans allows their employees to wear jerseys on Sundays during football season (maybe more than that) and it is fun to walk around the store seeing the folks wearing the varying team colors.

You really thought Foles might not be traded or even benched for Sanchez?

I can see being shocked about McCoy but Foles?

Cmon man....
Why? Foles was lights out.
Lights out?
He was statistically the best QB in the league his first season. He had a rough start to the next season, but injuries didn't help.
Just heard Chip Kelly's explaination for why he traded for Bradford (paraphrasing)

If he hadn't torn his ACL, we wouldn't be trading for him.

Sound logic imo. He also doesn't understand why Bradford missing previous seasons matters. Brady/Manning missed seasons and they turned out fine, right?

Brees was once considered damaged goods.

I'm just going off tweets, but I thought the ACL comment was that Bradford wouldn't have been made available without that happening. Also, Kelly did make the Brees comparison in the press conf.

True as your post is, it's a shark pool update. My reply was formatted for the FFA :bowtie:

He did? Sweet. I didn't watch the press conference but I've been saying that all morning. I feel like my football IQ might be closer to 187 than I had originally thought.

Don't run out and buy a Bradford jersey just yet either. He might not be here long.

Ken Giles Phillies jersey is the way to go.

I'm still holding out hope for a Mariota jersey.

Yeah, no. Wegmans is Rochester. HQ is in Rochester. Previous name was Rochester Fruit and Vegetable Company.

Leave your grubby Buffalo mitts off of Wegmans.

Hey, I'm in DC. All your Western NY stuff is the same to me! ;)

Wegmans is my favorite store. I go there every week. Best food/pricing combinations around.

Their cheese aisle is crazy. They have more cheese than Europe.

If they sell it in your store, try the Yancy's Fancy Steakhouse Onion Cheese. By itself it's delicious, but my new favorite use for it is to shred a bit and use that to make a grilled cheese. Awesome.

Maybe dropping the value of the Eagles for his gb Phil Knight?

Oregon somehow becomes Philadelphia's developmental team?

Superbowls upon Superbowls :lmao:
