Out Designation ex. AJ Green (1 Viewer)

When would the Bengals be required to change the designation for AJ Green to out so I can place him in my IR slot in Yahoo leagues? I didn’t draft a kicker and want to try not to drop anybody on my roster to get a kicker before week 1 games.  How much time will I have to move him to my IR slot and grab a kicker?  Will I have to do this every week (I.e Bengals changing his designation every week to doubtful before moving him back to Out) until he might be ready to play?  I don’t mind streaming kickers as long as somebody is available by the time I can do it.

Typically the "O" designation is done 1hr before kickoff but sometimes team announce a player out more than a day in advance and you can move him then. Cincy has a 3pm pst game week 1 so if you have to wait until then, you'll need to drop one of your players that haven't played yet. I'm in the same predicament. Sucks...
