YOu are reading way too much into one preseason game.BTW...Bush sucked in coverage again, and his special teams play has dropped significantly over the past several years.I simply don't think he makes this team.

And your not reading enoughBush plays in 1st half, SS plays in secondBush knows the defense, SS doesntRookies who arent starters need to play good on special teams, SS does an imitation of Roberto Duran, twice. And SS is not big enough or strong enough to play any other position on special teams in the NFL. He is definately not strong enough to play bump and run coverage in the NFL.SS has great speed. He has just yet to show he can use that speed to be a good nfl player. He couldnt do it to show he was a good college player. Practice squad.Bush may be (is) a marginal dback in the pros. SS is not at that level yet to be even a marginal player.

Bush has been around a while and in the defene, its preseason game one...of course they put him out there with more "starter" like guys.They will work shields in slowly.SS was known as a solid special teamer in college...they are trying him out on returns to try and utilize his speed.Having those muffs does not mean he can't contribute on special teams.Bush is mediocre as a DB and special teamer lately...Im not alone in thinking this guy will be gone.
