What's he worth? Will he score in the top 20 db's that could retrun yards? Is he a starter or a 3rd cb in nickel and does he return punts and kickoffs?

He needs to be reinstated first. As a Cowboy fan I have been a little leery of this deal all along, but the risk for the team is reasonably minimal. I do wonder why Tennessee couldn't get more and I also wonder if the greatness of Pacman the player hasn't been a bit overstated. I believe he has 4 interceptions in 32 starts. He also returned 4 punts for TDs. He wasn't all that impressive as a rookie and some were questioning the draft pick. His second year was when the interceptions came and he looked pretty good, but I still feel like a myth has built around him during the suspension and off field trials. I could be wrong and would like other opinions.

Should he be reinstated, he should win a starting job opposite Newman, and he should be good for 45-50 solos, 10-12 assists, 10-12 PDs and a few big plays mixed in. Throw in top 10 punt return yards and you've got a reasonable projection, I guess.
