Anyone know of a website that tracks pass deflections while the game is in progress or shortly after? Thanks.

MFL's live scoring tracks PD, as do other league websites I believe. NFL.com gamebooks are up within an hour in most cases with full box scores. The NFL.com play-by-play also lists passes defended as a name in parentheses next to an incomplete pass. If you're only concerned about a couple of players at any given time, it's not too difficult to track.
