The organization (probably rightfully so) pinned last season on Belichick’s decision to let Matt Patricia run the offense. Belichick then made the uninspired decision to replace Patricia with Bill O’Brien. The offense has been worse! Seriously! Look at these numbers.

The coaching is bad, but the talent is a huge issue as well. Guess who’s in charge of personnel? Belichick! This was New England’s “We’ll give you one more year out of respect for everything you’ve done for the franchise” season. And the Patriots are one of the worst teams in the NFL. They’ve been outscored by 76 points—second-worst to only the Giants.

The BB must go is becoming a groundswell. Most seem to believe the Pats will never again be competitive as long as he is in charge.

I'd love to find reasons the Pats could get revenge on last season's disaster ending, but....Matt Jones. There receivers. That offensive line.

The one bright spot of the season for New England has been the play of 1st round CB Christian Gonzalez. He has been as advertised, winning Defensive Rookie of the Month for September, grading out at 80.8, highlighted by a coverage grade of 91.6 v the Dolphins Week 2. Of course, he's (likely) out for the season now with a shoulder injury.

The Raiders are a bad team but with 4 winnable games in the next 5 (3 at home) they can move up to NFL middle class if they go on a mini-run. Doesn't matter, they are going nowhere, but the next month or so could be fun for their fanbase.
 
Seems odd saying this about a 1-4 team playing the Raiders but this game is beyond important for the Pats...the sharks are circling BB in a big way and you can see and hear his frustration/irritation...the Pats have Buffalo and at Miami next so if they lose this game they are staring at 1-7 with a full-blown circus of negativity around them and it will be relentless...it may only be temporary because they are not good but they need this game in a big way if they are to get at least a week of normalcy in Foxboro...no clue what to expect here but I have zero faith in them at this point.
 
Pats offense is so bad it's affecting their defense.
Raiders have all the playmakers in this game.

I’m expecting a big day from Jakobi Meyers, adding further salt to the wound.

I want to see Malik Cunningham play, I just want something to be excited for.
 
why are the Raiders so much worse running this year? Havent seen much of them. Is Jacobs done or is it bad blocking?

Jimmy G doesnt throw any fear into the long ball game so the D stack the line , funny how when AOC started they ran the ball like they used to under Carr , who could throw a nice deep ball
