Pats are -13 over the Giants (1 Viewer)

Last time NE was a 14 pt underdog in 01' to the Rams. The Giants and the points may not be a bad idea.
Giants were -14 against Buffalo in 1990..this line was announced as -12 for AFC Champs, even BEFORE the Championship games were played..it came out last Saturday..adding -2 to it for the Pats/NYG is no big deal, really.who ever represented the AFC, was laying 12, right off the bat.. I'm hoping for a close game...I don't want a repeat of the 2000 SB, or another SF/Cincy game, 55-10, or a Redskins/Denver 42-10 game..that is just unbearable to watch , as a sports fan..you love to see a competitive SB..

Has the line moved at all yet?

Edit: Looks like it's down to 12 in most places with the total at 54

Fox announced -14, although I agree it looks like -13.5 is the "official" line as I type this...I have some buddies going to Vegas for the SB and plan on betting the Pats BIG TIME $$$$$ :X
Your hatred is clouding your judgement. If you look closely, the Pats haven't blown out any teams not named the Dolphins since whipping a Steelers team on the decline 2 months ago. Just this past week they struggled against a broken down San Diego squad at home. Now all of a sudden they are going to blow a physical Giants team playing their best FB of the year out of the water? Good luck with that.
The short answer is yes. The long answer is Hells yeah they will.
