Despite what you think of the Patriots, they are getting a lot of people interested in football who otherwise wouldn't care. Sorry if this is FFA material, but I think it has an impact on the future of fantasy football. Does this mean more people get into the hobby? Interesting either way.

 
Eleven of the 12 most-watched shows on cable TV in 2007 are "Monday Night Football" games on ESPN.

I guess it shows us how pathetic cable programming is.

 
I know it may seem weird but I have no other way of proving my point. So I'd really appreciate it if you could help me out. So I'm having an argument and although it is a small sample size it could possibly prove my point or prove me completely wrong. I'd really appreciate it if everyone who watched Last Monday's game would answer. Even if you only watched the last 5 minutes of it or only the first quarter. As long as you saw some part please answer.

1. At what point during the game did you begin watching? Was it the beginning or the end? The 1st quarter or the fourth? If you can't remember please just answer the best that you can.

2. Exactly what was the reason you watched? Was it to see Tom Brady play or for a good game? Was it because you were hoping the Patriots or Ravens would lose or because you always watch MNF no matter who is playing? Please try to tell me the exact reason you watched the game.

1. Early in the 1st quarter2. Ummm, it was a football game, guy.

1) I watched from beginning to end.2) Various reasons. It's fun to watch the Pats when they're on a roll -- I have Brady on my FF team -- It's historic -- etc.

This is a fantasy football forum so any information is not normal or average. My answer is I watched the whole game because I play FF.
 
It just means it was the most watched Monday Night Football game which really isn't all that surprising.
