PDSL 1 Draft Thread (1 Viewer)

Evidently restless natives set out for the dentist without sending a PM. We'll judge the extent of the gas applied and subsequent brain numbness based on the pick that he makes.

Phoning it in Thomas Jones RB NYJ Did razor, apos, pryme get my PMS?
I got one PM with picks for you for both rounds 3 and 4, and I will check here for a little while longer and first thing in the morning, if Aposulli makes his picks.

A slow night. Sorry guys, but I am out till close to lunch. Hope that we make some progress and I'll check back in about three hours. Maybe it'll be my turn again.

4.02 Carson Palmer - QB - CIN

Was hoping Lewis or Graham fell to my 3rd Pick when I took TO 2nd. Then Welker or Boldin. Hope you guys loosen up a little and drop some down here at the end. Don't like going QB early, but I will.

 not w/this crowd!
yeah I see, was hoping to get boldin only to have him go the pick before me. Then wanted to go Mendenhall with my last pick and him go 2 picks before mine. Tough Crowd

4.13 Jonathan Stewart, RB, Rookie

I'll take my chances with the toe. He seems to have a chip on his shoulder about it now so I think he'll work his #### off to be ready for the regular season.

DY has taken my WR the last two times. Good picks. 4.16 Julius Jones5.01 Hines Ward
I knew you wanted Johnson and Cotchery (not that that had anything to do with me taking them). I was deciding between Cotchery and Jones (and it looks like whoever I didn't pick you'd be taking). Sadly, I've seen Jones play too much and could not get the warm and fuzzies over him.I also knew you would not take another QB, which is why I waited to take a QB with the second of my picks. I normally would not take a QB in this situation, but with 28 guys coming off the board until my next pick, I can't risk a QB run and getting stuck with someone really unappetizing as my QB1. IIRC, there were 14 or 15 QB taken in League 3 by the time I would get to pick again. At that point pickings start to get a little slim IMO and the scoring differential could be around 100 points.5.02 QB Matt Hasselbeck SEALet me know who you want next trip around so I can take one of those guys too . . .

5.03 Donovan McNabb, QB, Philly

Also didn't feel comfortable waiting two rounds to see who was left. Might not be the right QB from who's available, but things sure did click for him late in the season. I like what I'm reading about him for this season, anyway.

5.04 Derek Anderson, QB, CLE

With the 2nd tier QB run touched off already, like the others, can't afford to wait and get stuck with a stiff at QB1, especially with all 3 of the teams picking b/w my picks already having a QB1.
