for what exactly?Rude, do you have to give yourself a timeout

Research has been done. I posted a thoughtful response indicating that I'm seriously considering everyone's input and got exactly ZERO responses.you should avoid jokes if you think that was funny.Still doesn't mean I hate animals. Keep up the lies, though.
Killing cats was a joke. Not letting my dogs in the house I thought was a normal thing.
just do some research. good luck to you.
Kinda funny you are stating you have gotten zero response from a thoughtful post of yours....I picture Jayrod saying that outside in a yard measuring .60 acres looking into his owners house in the middle of the night.Research has been done. You stating that I hate animals and calling me a troll isn't your place either. I'd appreciate you stop both.for what exactly?Rude, do you have to give yourself a timeout

I don't expect people to forget what I've said as long as they remember what I said and not someone else's summary that isn't accurate.
? don't you like to get reactions from people while making outlandish statements?

you said yourself you were not being sincere when you wanted to kill all the cats of the world. isn't that? don't you like to get reactions from people while making outlandish statements?
what have I said that isn't accurate?
go back and read what I said. "he hates animals OR he pretends to"

This is not exactly known by everyone. Including myself before today. Why would you get a dog as a pet, but then deny them, and you, the companionship they crave by keeping them outside all the time? Seems like an odd choice. I could understand if you were getting hunting dogs, and only wanted the dogs for hunting, but by adopting them as pets, you seem to be looking for something out of the relationship, that I don't think you will get by chaining them up outside.![]()

I bet she would be happier eating a steak at the table every night and pissing all over the house too, so you probably let that happen as well.My pit bull mix is lying on my feet right now. I bet she would be happier being locked outside.
I knew they liked attention, just didn't know that keeping a dog outside was the same as torture and inhumane.I can see how you would be confused considering everyone says that cats are man's best friend. This is not exactly known by everyone. Do you have kids?So you know, not only will you be doing a great thing for a dog by bringing them inside, but you will learn a whole new experience of unconditional love that only dogs can give. They are extraordinary animals and the relationship they can have with you and your kids is like no other.
this makes sense jay. The dogs you want, want to be inside with you. Would be awesome if your wife changed her tune. I don't think viszlas shed much but im not sureDog is part of the family, but that doesn't mean it is inhumane to keep it outdoors. Some hunting and guard dogs can thrive and have a better life living outdoors, but they also need to be sheltered from the elements and properly socialized. Unfortunately I think this rarely happens with exclusively outdoor dogs, but I have seen some notable exceptions.

Your powers of comprehension are astounding. Do you have a blog or twitter account I can follow?I've learned something new today as well. According to Jackassrod. It's impossible to love a dog AND love your children.

2. My son is 9 and I have a 21 month old girl. They both love our 2 dogs and vice versa. We have a small dog, terrier mix, and a boxer. The bigger dog is actually better with the kids.Do you have kids?So you know, not only will you be doing a great thing for a dog by bringing them inside, but you will learn a whole new experience of unconditional love that only dogs can give. Its' not remotely the same thing. Although Jayrod's use of "exclusively" does put a spin of "that dam dog in never allowed in the house".Jail has food and shelter. It is okay for humans to survive there but I wouldn't call it a great life. This doesn't even make sense. So is jail.Dogs are fine outside as long as they have food and shelter. That's why they invented dog houses.
Communally, in constant contact with their packs, where they found emotional support, structure, fellowship, and leadership. The ones cast away from the intimacy of pack life were doomed to short, unhappy lives.New flash: Before dogs were domesticated all breeds lived exclusively outside.Jail has food and shelter. I was thinking the same thing. Really sucks to be the dogs who end up going into that situation. They don't get to choose. Honestly makes me sad.I feel bad for Jayrod's pets.
Which is why i don't feel too bad for the dogs that are mostly outside with a few other dogs. Except those who live right next to a moderately busy country road. So far they haven't gotten hit but that's largely luck."mostly" is a key here. It gets way too hot around here some days.Communally, in constant contact with their packs, where they found emotional support, structure, fellowship, and leadership. The ones cast away from the intimacy of pack life were doomed to short, unhappy lives. Thanks to the miracle of domestication, now they have the chance at long, unhappy lives. Yeah, no. Large dogs have only recently come into the homes of their owners. Even a generation ago people mostly kept large breed dogs and hunting dogs outside, and there is nothing at all wrong with it if they are properly cared for. Let's not make it seem like Fred Flintstone was the last guy to keep his dog outside.Just because dogs can live outside (and did before they were domesticated) does not mean it is best for their quality of life. Humans used to live outdoors too. Then we built houses.
Michael Vick feels sorry for Jayrod's petsI feel bad for Jayrod's pets.
You call it a pet but leave it outaide like patio furniture

I rented a cabin in the mountain the last few years so she could go instead of going somewhere she couldn't go. I probably have more money in her than a luxury automobile would cost. Spent 2k on her the last few weeks so that will cost me some ff teams. In a live or death situation with only me and the dog in it I would share food and water. I known her 13 years, now would I share if I was with you......Do you really mean needs over your own. Like you would go without food, water or shelter for your dog?Dog are like children in the sense that you put their needs over your own. But you would never put a dog needs over a child's.Care to elaborate?Because I've literally had people say, "they are like my children", "would you leave your kids outside?", & "I'd put my kids outside and let the dogs stay inside".Not voting because the first response is all you need to know to understand why you're wrong.
Apparently in many people's mind they are equivalent.
Unless of course you are trying to say that it is so obvious that dogs are like children that it shouldn't even be asked at which point I'm just going to have to plead ignorance.
Nah, just some people.Wow.
Comparing me to Michael Vick. Saying you feel sorry for any dog I own.
You people really do think dogs are more valuable than people, huh?

it certainly makes sense for some specific types of dogs and I'm sure there are ways to care for it humanely and keep it outside most/all of the time. But still feels weird to both (a) want to add a dog to the family and (b) never let it inside. especially for breeds like a lab and golden, which I think he was interested in.Yeah, no. If a dog is happiest inside with the family, bonding with people as they are genetically programmed to do, and you are relegating your dogs to the backyard where they will only sporadically receive human attention, how is it a stretch to say I feel sorry for your dogs? It's a crappy life. Also stop with the dogs are more valuable than people crap. No one is saying that. You continue to come across unbelievably stubborn and ignorant. Rarely has someone been so wrong and continued to dig a deeper and deeper hole. It's becoming a really sad and embarrassing spectacle. Best thing you could do is stop posting in both threads and let them drop.Wow.
