I'm looking of creating a video spoof for my fantasy league and looking to pay someone via paypay. I'm looking to take a clip of a video and insert faces overtop of the characters in the clip. I'm guessing this is done by photopshop or some type of software and looking for hired help to complete.

Long story short we give a Trophy every year to the worst team in our fantasy football league and we keep track of it during the season. The league is in year 4 and the owners that won the "Golden Dildo award" the first three years are all in the running for year 4. (promo real) below
