Currently have stafford and palmer, neither has been great of late, here's the average for all 3 the past 4 games, and remaining schedules:

Kaepernick(30.15) @CHI,NYJ,@ATL,@LA

Stafford (15.95)@NO,CHI,@NYG,@DAL

Palmer (22.4) WAS,@ MIA, NO, @ SEA

Would you drop either for kap?

I'd drop Palmer for Kaep.

I would keep Stafford but wouldn't have issue with dropping Palmer, Kap vs Atl in week 15 looks promising

Agree with the others, I would drop Palmer for Kaep.  

I have a similar problem in a league.  I have Stafford and Wilson, and debating dropping Wilson for Kaep.  Wilson has screwed me all year, he sucks when I start him (last week vs. TB, couple weeks ago vs. NO), but blows up when I sit him.

Another in agreement - drop Palmer for Kaep.  A big part of Palmer's value last year came from his WR corps, and they are no where near the same bunch as last year.  John Brown seems to be really affected by his sickle cell trait, and Floyd has not come close to his late season surge.
