This lack of approval from FBG for the new guys is troublesome. Hard to set a firm start time without knowing when these guys are going to be able to post. Stay tuned.

I've gone ahead and made the following changes to the league format:

• Rolling daily waivers
  
• Same day availability for adds (Last year it was delayed a day)
  
• 1400 innings limit (1300 was the limit last year)
  
• 500 inning minimum (will be manually applied since Yahoo doesn't allow minimums. Penalty will be a "1" in all 5 pitching categories for the season)
  

Reminder of rules changes from 2015 for returning members (It's all in the first post)
