Pills aren’t going to do ####. If you have low T it can cause other serious health issues. You really need to have bloodwork done and consult with your doctor. Do it right.

Dude, it's your wife.  I do embarrassing stuff around my wife all the time.  That is exactly the person who you should feel most comfortable with doing normally embarrassing stuff.  Anyway, she'll probably appreciate it if you take steps to rectify your ED, but you don't need to try random garbage from the internet.  Talk to your doctor.

If you were 32, I'd tell you to get viagra/cialis pills off the internet. Easy. At your age, you've got to see your doc. ED can oftentimes be a canary in the coal mine for heart problems. It sucks and is embarrassing, but your doctor probably spends part of the day with his fingers in booyhole. It'll be fine.

If you want to up your testosterone, which if you're otherwise healthy is probably going to increase your QoL so in my mind is a good thing, you still gotta go to the doctor first.

Low T can be treated various ways but T shots seem to be the most cost effective way.  The nasal sprays and creams are a royal PITA.

More than likely if you are verified to have low T, your wife will be the one to give you your shots so she will know....

My Dad died of cancer at 54, so when I turned 50, I freaked out a little and went in for a full physical.  That led to a colonoscopy (all good) and blood work, which led to high PSA levels, which led to a prostate biopsy, which led to a "no cancer" diagnosis.  Since my PSA remains high, I have to go back to the urologist yearly but the upshot is that he prescribes me ED meds.  ED is not a serious issue for me (more like normal non-performance issues after 25 years of marriage), but I considered it like a Scooby Snack for being proactive about my health.  Just do it - ED could be a sign of something more serious.

I know of an actor/actress couple named The Madisons that swear by this method. I believe they have even found a way to make extra money off of it.

This. First establish the cause of ED - it usually isn't hormonal. If it is due to low testosterone, see an endocrinologist, not some joker running a "Low T" clinic.

Androgel is not a PITA. It's basically T-infused Purell that you rub into your shoulders. It's made subtle but noticeable differences in my life. I'm even sleeping better.

But yeah, ID the cause first. If your T is more or less normal, no doc is going to give you more. Except the jokers.

Why would you not go see a doctor about this?   You should be getting a yearly physical regardless at which time they'll be doing blood work anyway so just bring it up then.

I think you usually have to ask for testosterone to be tested. It's not part of the standard panel, but shouldn't be a big deal either way. 

Almost all of the testosterone products are generic now.   Shouldn't be $

I wouldn't be surprised but I'd think you would just mention that at the physical and the doc would mark you down for that.   I got some generic stuff earlier this year from the doc and I was still blown away how much it cost.

 My insurance covered something like 3 pills for the month and it was still pretty pricey from what I recall.    Looks like that is for low T.  I don't have that.   I was having some ED issues.

They are but seem to work better for me.  I tried the nasal gels and androgel and they weren't as good.  Actually after a year of shots (2X month) my doctor reduced them to 1X every 3 weeks because my T was actually high.  Also, not to mention, the cost is a huge difference.  I was paying $100s more per month for the nasal gels and and androgel and the shots are only $40/month.  My wife gives them to me and takes a few minutes and it's done.  

There are quite a few options but I prefer the shots.
