My dad likes to smoke a pipe and cigars.  I was going to get him a nice pipe for Xmas but I have no clue about pipes.  Any know-it-alls here on the pipe front?

No idea.  Quit smoking pipes a long time ago - but a pipe is a pretty personal thing.  Does he live near you?  Can you get him a gift certificate to a pipe store that he can use to just go in and pick out one he likes?
