Play of the week (1 Viewer)

By parlaying 4 of these 5 favorites to win straight up, you will get about even odds on your investment...

Jags (-10.5 @home) over the Falcons - no way an angry Jags team loses at home this week.

Bears (-12 @home) over the Chiefies - see above. Downside is GROSSman.

Ravens (no line yet @home) over the Jets - see above plus factor in first time starter QB for the Jets. Downside here is Ray Ray's health plus Boller.

Stillers (-9.5 @home) over the Jills - Stillers won't lose this game against a crippled Jills secondary. Only possible downside is if the Jills play out of their minds b/c they are inspired by their fallen teammate.

Bungles (-6.5 on the road) over the Brownies - Bungles should easily win this game... That said, they are so Jeckyll and Hyde, it's on the road and it's a division game, making this my least favorite lock.

4 game parlays are hard to hit, but since you're not worried about the spread, I like this play. Especially the first four. Go ahead and throw in the Bungles if you want to juice the return with a 5 pick parlay. Just remember to take the teams straight up and not with the spread.

I think there's better value in just taking one of them to cover.

The Browns are terrible, so the Bengals look good to me.

Any parlay like this over 2 games and you are getting destroyed on the vig. Not only are the M/L shaded out of control for big favorites, but the vig gets astronomically bigger the more teams you throw in.

Okay, last week's play worked out nicely if you stayed away from the Bungles trap.

Let's move on to this week. I like the following strategy: 7 pt teaser parlay using the following games...

1. Ind (-6) vs Hou: with the teaser you end up with Colts +1. I don't see them losing at home to an Andre Johnson-less also undefeated division rival.

2. GB (+5) vs. SD: teaser gets you a total of +12. Packers defense has been solid so far. I can see SD winning a close game, but no by blow out in Packerland.

3. Min (+2.5) at KC: the Vikes will probably win this game straight up so getting 9.5 via the teaser should be plenty.

4. Det (+6) at Phi: This one has a lil bit of danger as the teaser gets you to +13. The birds are at home and in desperate need of a victory at 0-2. If McNabb comes out bombing (partly in response to the negativity this week), and the Eagles D can slow the Lions' O, the Iggles could win by more than two TDs. But still I'd say +13 is pretty safe considering the dangerous Lions' O.

5. SF (+9) at Pit: This is the one I like the least b/c Pit is very tough on both sides of the ball and the Niners' O has been anemic thus far. Still, getting +16 with the teaser means you just need the Niners to play decent. That said, this is my least favorite of the picks.

Parlaying all 5 will pay 3.5 to 1.

Parlaying 4 and dropping the Niners will get you 2 to 1.

Parlaying 3 will get you 1.4 to 1.

Indy is AT Houston. If Indy was home, the line would be closer to 10, at least.

My bad, you're right.Still doesn't change my mind though... Colts will win this game.

I'll give you my four double dip lockdowns

I like Indy +1

Bungels +10 1/2

Lambs + 10 1/2

Cards + 16

BOOM and I bet 2 of 4 win the games outright. BOOM

Lock it down!

Stopped reading here. If you don't even care what the line is, you obviously have no idea how this works.
