Addai scored 15 TD's last year. Anyone think he comes close to that total without Manning, and with Rhodes in town? I also dont see him improving on his 4.1 YPC with Manning out of the picture. Will he get enough carries at 4.1 YPC to be a top 5-8 RB? With Rhodes back, and Hart there, i highly doubt it.

Stop posting this nonsense. Everyone knows that Addai isn't any good. He's slow, has no moves, no vision or power. It's only because he's got Manning at QB that he's managed to get over 1,000 yards his first two seasons. Addai just sucks.

Rhodes is no threat to Addai's TDs. Addai was one of the top-3 GL runners last season.As for his 4.1 YPC... through week 10 it was 4.5, then the OL fell apart. In '06 it was 4.8 on the season. As long as the line doesn't fall completely apart again Addai will be nearer to 4.5 than 4.1

So Manning's out for the season now? Geez, its not like he tore an ACL. If he misses any time it'll be a couple games.

Maybe not, but he did score 6 TD's inside the 3 when splitting carries with Addai in 2006. Either way, i brought up Rhodes because his addition tells me the Colts want to limit Addais carries in 2008. If Manning misses any significant time on top of that, i could easily see Addai dropping out of the top 10-12 RB's. That is not to say i think Addai sucks, but sometimes situation dictates a players fantasy success.Rhodes is no threat to Addai's TDs. Rhodes is no threat. None.Unless you are speaking of his threat to Kenton Keith.
Addai gets no less chances then last year... which made him the #5 RB in 15 games.
Maybe other teams RB increase, but Addai will have the same output opportunities or more, so long as the team doesnt falter or he gets hurt.
If you believe 8 more RBs will increase their production to levels beyond what Addai did '07, then you have a point.

You're reading too much into it. He was a player familiar with their system. They weren't happy with Dawson or Keith. He came cheap.Dawson was already cut (I believe possible resigned to practice squad) and Keith is on the way out.Rhodes and Hart are depth. Rhodes was more brought in to tutor Hart than anything else.
