Player was dropped last week but i can't find him (1 Viewer)

Pierre Garcon was dropped last week and I went to the waiver wire and i swear he isn't there, i went through the waiver reports and no one has picked him up either. Is this like a thing to prevent cheating or something or am i losing my mind hahhah.

go to your make a claim page and look at bottom for list of protected players... can't pick any of those guys...
