Playing felix jones over who? (1 Viewer)

Lynch has delivered against everyone he faced in the last 9 weeks including the Ravens. He plays for me no matter what.

Probably starting him over Lynch based on matchups.
16 rushes for 24 yards against the Bengals?

89 total yards against the Rams?

The Bucs are giving up 172 rushing yards a game. Not sure how you sit Felix this week.

I still think Chris Johnson vs Indy and Roy Helu vs the NYG might be better plays this week. No denying how awful the rush "D" has been for TB but people might be locked into what MJD last week a little too much. The Cowboys are going to throw first and ask questions later. I can see Felix though catching a few balls. I'd like to see a stat line projection from folks so I'll start.

Felix Jones (Floor) 12/50 rush, 3/20 rec, 25% chance of a TD assuming Dallas is inside the 5 a couple times. (Ceiling) 18/90 rush, 5/35 rec, 50% chance of a TD based on what TB has been handing out to opposing RBs.

You're welcome to challenge those numbers or add your own.

Very nice thread idea week of the playoffs, I just acquired Felix because of the missed time with injuries. Mostly picked him up to sit on my bench rather than another owner possibly using him against me,.
I think you're seriously underestimting the yardage felix is likely to get.Consider he had 16/ 106 last week after Murray went down against a Giants team that gives up 130 yards a game that went down to the wire.

This week he gets a Tampa bay defense that's giving up 140 yards a game rushing and not nearly as good as NY is. The NY game went to the wire but I think Dallas will take control of this one leaving more garbage time rushes and yardage for the only viable rb on the team.

Im saying the floor is 14 carries for 75 yards and a ceiling of 25 carries for 150 yards or so. I do think your right in that he will have to break off a run of 15 yards plus to score.

I gotta choose 2 between McCoy, M Bush, F Jones, Helu and even SJax.

I have basically eliminated Fjones and SJax. I wanna be this :boxing: , but I am this :wall: . It's a good problem to have. I am leaning towards Bush and Helu, but I am always start your studs guy and have a hard time benching McCoy. :wall:

Sounds like you're overthinking it. Roll with your big guns. If you bench them and they blow up, you will regret it. McCoy and Bush, or Felix. Why would you eliminate Felix?

Haven't quite figured it out yet, but Felix is going to start over one of these: Bradshaw, Jacobs, Spiller. Right not I've got Spiller on the bench but I'm not 100% sure yet.

So far I want throw up in mouth watching Felix. If the matchup is too good to be true, it probably is. He needs to take the high heels off.

Doubt he's going to get a sniff of the end zone the way TB is covering the receivers down there.

113 total yards with 8min left in 3rd qtr

VERY happy with that, but damn if I've seen a couple runs where it seems to me he could have turned it outside and got a lot more. His one long run I thought if he went to the sideline he could've out run #20 and scored.

I've been pretty happy with the performance so far. Since I play in PPR, I would have liked a little more in the way of screen passes for some cheap points, but he's given me 14.5 points so far. A TD or another big play or two would be great though.

PLAYED AGAINST FELIX OWNER & VERY HAPPY W/RESULTS... ALL FELIX OWNERS EXPECTED AT LEAST ONE TOUCHDOWN... ADMIT IT

I'M EXTREMELY HAPPY FELIX DID NOT SCORE... :pickle: :pickle: :pickle:

25 touches 131 yards. zero touchdowns pretty close to the ceiling. I seriously doubt that the rb just signed would have gotten as many carries had the game not been over early.

Yea, I thought if he had cut towards the sideline and b-lined it for the pylon he would've scored but he inexplicably cut it in and got tackled a few steps later. Quite happy with the performance though. He outscored Lrob by a few points, despite Laurent catching one of Romo's TDs. 13+ from a RB 3 type guy is solid. A TD would've been awesome.

I ended up playing him. Not unhappy but would have liked about 18-20 vs 15 but I didn't lose by playing him.

A washed up rb takes all the critical closing game carries. Pretty disappointing for Felix owners
Do you ever get tired of being wrong? He put up 140 total yards. Juet another "turd of a game" I suppose. See you next week, for your continued incorrect predictions on Cowboys RB's.

I didnt. Dallas running backs havent been scoring all season. It would have been nice, but I certainly didnt expect it.
