Playing it conservative with Westbrook? (1 Viewer)

Rookie Poster, but 15 year Fantasy Football Vet.

Am I the only one playing it conservative with Westy this week playing at 4:15? Can't afford another scratch at 4:05 when my other options play at 1:00.

One league starting Ronnie Brown & Thomas Jones.

Starting LT and Thomas Jones in another.

Am I crazy to start a healthy, rolling Thomas Jones over a questionable Westbrook?

it very tough with westbroke, so many points on the line. i think they really want him to play and have been trying to avoid any more flare ups with the knee by holding him back in practice. that being the case i'm optimistic. if it comes down to it, t jones should be solid, no westy numbers, but better than none. have heard too many heartbreak stories -"needed 2 points to win, he had no one going mnf, ihad westbrook", you dont want that. gl

Unless we hear something early Sunday morning saying Westbrook is definitely playing, I'd put him on the bench for now. A lot of people got burned last week and he didn't practice again today.

i am waiting out westbrook to the end, because i have later-game options. but in your situation, i would go jones. last week westbrook was actually out on the field and still didn't play.
