I've been doing this format for years and thought more people practiced the same. Although after hearing about all the 1 week and done stories from Bardy, Romo, TO, Housh owners I'm starting to feel lonely.

Who else uses this format? I think it's great and usually shows the better team winning

My league uses it for the championship game and the 3rd place game.Week 14: #6 plays #3, #4 plays #5, #1 and #2 get byesWeek 15: #1 plays the worst team left, #2 plays the other teamWeek 16 + Week 17: two winners from Week 15 play for the championship with the scores for the two weeks added together two losers from Week 15 play for third place with the scores for the two weeks added together
