George Seifert is the only one I can think of.

Why '67? The AFL merger in '70 is usually a more accepted reference point. Even '66, the season of the first SB would seem to be more reasonable. To pick such an arbitrary year makes me suspicious that you are trying to prove some sort of point but want someone else to do the research for you first.
