Need to move off that crappy site. Talked about it for years, but it never got done. Looking for a site that controls salary cap, IDP, bidding for waivers etc.No need for online draft though. A modest price is no problem if it's a quality site. I apologize if I'm in the wrong location, but this is where to get quality answers. Thanks in advance.

Thanks for the input guys. Couldn't find the price without signing up at RTSports.com. Ball park pricing???

MFL is awesome, everything you wish for and more. They can even import your fanball league automatically. Don't know about RTSports but I love the customization options at MFL. Each owner can set it up exactly as they like.

EFSports.com manages all those items for you including UFA, RFA, PS, assigning Franchise Players...... cost is 75. can have 12 or 16 team league

First, congrats on leaving Fanball, you won't regret that decision no matter where you go. Secondly, I would recommend rtsports over mfl. Their pricing is similar, get an early-bird or switching-from-fanball coupon and it'll be $75 or so. They both have every option you are looking for and then some and both provide decent customer service; you won't find that at the espn/cbs/yahoo's of the world. You'll hear lots of opinions on which of rtsports or mfl is better, from people who probably have teams in one or the other but not both. There's one main difference though and that's how the website looks and presents information. What you get with rtsports that I prefer over MFL is an easy-to-use, professional looking website that all your owners can quickly pick up and understand. For a league that is so afraid of change that they'll stay with Fanball for 10 years longer than they should, that is very important. Some prefer the MFL style that lets every owner pick their own colors and skins and menus, etc. But even after being on their site for years I find it's presentation to be convoluted and hard to follow. For me, that would tip the scales in rtsports' favor for a league like yours.

Just my 2 cents.

:goodposting: I don't play draft leagues, but I do play FANBALL's (previously CDM's) challenge games. Their new management team would make the Bengals front office look competent.

I found the weakness on MFL was their drafting. I never had much of a problem personally, but it seems to trip up those who are new to MFL.

I used RTS via the FFPC and found their blind bidding interface to be really inconvenient. However, the interface is different for WCOFF (though some would say worse than the FFPC interface) and I don't know what it's like for private leagues.

Since you don't need it for drafting, but do for waiver bids. So, I'd probably go with MFL.

Left Fanball a couple years back for MFL....best move our league made.

I just completed a league at RT Sports and did not like it whatsoever...

I have been with RTSports now for 6 years, and it works fine. We usually get an early bird price for around $70, but many people are now asking why pay at all for RTSports if we can get a similar service for free (ESPN and Yahoo come to mind).

Why is RTSports better than a cheaper (free) alternative?

MFL

I am in leagues that use RT and MFL, and prefer MFL.

The Waiver process can be a little confusing, but other than that, MFL is top notch.

Ask for Mike at MFL, I took my league over there a few years ago from CBS, and they responded timely to my several setup questions. Expeditious responses :lmao:

:lmao: MFL = FTW

1) Customer service, just try to get an answer to a question or help for a problem from ESPN. And they have problems. Mfl and rtsports will answer your emails promptly. I've even called rtsports and spoke to a real live person, try that at ESPN.2) Mfl and rtsports support a larger set of customized rules, not typically found at the free places. If you're somewhere you are happy and it costs you $70, why would you consider taking a chance? It works out to like $6 an owner for peace of mind that you'll be taken care of through the year. ESPN could care less if you're taken care of.

Was with Fanball for 8 years until last year when we switched last year to MFL. It was one of the best decisions I ever made and all the owners agree.

MFL has been great, and have no need to look elsewhere as i've been very happy. I hate my one ESPN league at work, and curse the application everyday for its stupid & lame features.
