12 team PPR league Superflex
1 keeper; cost a draft round each year
I have pick 11 in draft that is tomorrow at 7pm EST

Brock Bowers - Round 6 keeper
Puka Nacua - Round 8 keeper
Lamar Jackson - Round 1 keeper (unable to keep in 2026)

I like Bowers in the 6th, depending on how many years you can keep him. If you can keep him 2 or more years, then he has more long term value over Lamar for 1 year. I am keeping Lamar in a league for 3rd rounder, but like you this is the last year. If I had Bowers in the 8th or something like that instead of Lamar in the 3rd, I would keep Bowers.

I think you have to go Lamar in Superflex. I would expect all of Allen / Daniels / Hurts / and Burrows to be kept. Plus potentially a couple other QBs maybe, and you don't pick until 11th. How many other QBs will go before your first pick? You'll have two picks at the turn and could end up with Dak / Purdy / Fields available by ADP, as your QB1 to pair with Bowers or Puka as your keeper. But by ADP you could potentially be getting BTJ / Achane / Jeanty with that pick (if they're not being kept). Give me Lamar paired with a young stud positional talent to start a team in Superflex. And then from a roster construction standpoint, I like the idea of getting Fields as a QB2 behind Lamar. You could get close to 1500+ yards rushing this year.
Obviously the value is better on the other two potential keepers, but the elite QB in Superflex just seems so important. I like a draft start of Lamar / BTJ / Achane or Jeanty. Or Lamar / BTJ / Fields, even. Even if you're not getting a ton of value by keeping Lamar, I think it's easier building out a Superflex roster when you have one of the elite QBs anchoring your team.
