Hi, all. Thank you in advance for your input.

My initial reaction after the draft was finished was a negative one; who can help me be more optimistic with how my team turned out?

I was drafting #9, in a redraft 12 team league, .5 ppr. (Hate the #9 spot)

Below is my team

QB – Anthony Richardson

WR – Justin Jefferson

WR – Jaylen Waddle

RB – Derrick Henry

RB – Joe Mixon

TE – Jake Ferguson

Flex – Chris Godwin

K – Jake Moody

DEF - Pitt

Bench – Gus Edwards, Keon Coleman, Mike Williams, JK Dobbins, Trevor Lawrence, Hollywood Brown

I know I am really lacking RB depth, but I can most likely make a move to help with that. Overall, how is my team looking?

Looks great. Your RB depth isn’t really that bad either. Could be improved but Gus or Dobbins might be a lottery winner.

Yeah I don't mind this team at all, I think you did well. If anything, I am not super high on AR simply because we don't have a big enough sample size yet. But if he turns out to be half as good as what people think he can be, then this team is just fine.

Not a bad team at all!

Your RB depth should be answered this weekend, then you have a free roster spot but you owned the entire backfield of a run heavy team... I don't love Joe Mixon and I give you slight knock there but I think it is a B+/A- team.

Thank you all for your positivity! Definitely feeling better about my team. Last night wasn't a great start with Henry, but I understand his fantasy impact will rely on game script. I envision the Ravens playing with a lead a lot of the time.

I think it is a good team and Henry will have better days. Last year BAL only ran like 6 rushing plays (not counting Lamar) and seemed to be on the lesser side last night. There will be better days ahead.

I had the 9th pick in my redraft league and took Jefferson as well and I think that is a steal. Henry in the 2nd is fantastic.

I do think TLaw will have a good year but you don't really need a 2nd QB right now. Tough dropping Tlaw but you could pick up a RB off waivers who could have a big role if the starter gets hurt. Or even if a guy like Ray Davis is on waivers who could get some RZ/GL work.

Another sneaky guy to watch for is Akers. he might end up the cuff to Mixon and is a guy who could easily step into a starting role if Mixon gets hurt. I do think Mixon is in for a big year this year but never hurts to have insurance. It could be Pierce but never know as Akers has looked good this preseason.
