Devonta Freeman takes the eighth pick of the 2d round (20th overall), with 23 of 55. Jeffrey & Landry received no votes.  That poll/thread can be viewed here:  https://forums.footballguys.com/forum/topic/754316-player-20-community-dynasty-rankings/

HOW TO ADD PLAYERS TO THE LIST

First, you can add a name to the current poll by clicking Other and telling me who you think is better than all players on the current list.  (Please tell me that you clicked the other button in the reply... not just the name of your nominee)

Second, in rounds where no one has clicked the other button to add a player, I will add a single player nominated in the comments.  This will be the player with the most support to be added in the comments (total users nominating that player)... in the event of a tie, it will go to the player first nominated in the comments.

Rodgers is the only remaining player nominated not yet added, so he is added this round.  I have no nominations for after this!

I'll nominate Jordan Howard for inclusion in next poll. Gordon has been on the list forever and hasn't garnered much support. Interested in seeing how community views Howard vs what is left. Have a feeling he'll start getting decent support sooner than later. Also, need 1 more RB on anyways since Gordon is only guy on right now.

Was just about to post Howard too.

He is my "other" vote.  I would take him over anyone on the board right now

Cooks is tempting here as the last "solid wr" before the qbs.  Maybe Jeffries, but I have trouble trusting him without knowing where he ends up.

Agree with Howard as a good add...

Would love to see D. Henry and L. Miller added along with Howard - all seem to be in about the same tier and it would be interesting to see how it shakes out here.  I know I'd vote for Henry before Howard, but for now I'm still on Luck . . .

I feel like with Freeman off the board, this is the start of a new tier. Finally at a point where QB makes the most sense for me. Voted Luck. Vote to add Henry next round.

I know I just don't like it. Would rather get 20 more votes and see what happens personally. If Cooks and Gordon tie then we move on to next poll with them as 21/22 but if Cooks wins then I would think more people would shift their vote to Allen or another WR rather than Gordon because they aren't ready to go RB yet.

This poll has done what it should IMO, put players in proper neighborhood. Now that we are getting to a stage were players are getting votes or nominated that I'd truly not pick in next 2-3 rounds who to put in the poll becomes more difficult. I guess some people have issue with their votes or tastes being recorded, but seems to me best system once we get around this stage or completion of round two is the type of format where you can vote for like 3 players and they tiered in terms of something like 5,3 and 1 point in order.

That may be to much work, I don't think this can be done as a poll so would have to open listing, but this would at least do away with suggestions/gripes/worrying about who is in the poll and might be more accurate.

Just a suggestion, again thanks for Briscoe for doing these. Nothing really surprising but these polls are more suggestive to me of accurate dynasty values among consensus than any list I could locate right now. For sure don't agree with a lot of the votes, but that's not the point.

I'd take Cooks as the lesser evil but if I'm in a startup and I'm otc, I am doing everything possible to trade back. Don't like the wrs here, don't buy into the rbs either and in a 1 qb league they just don't offer that much of an advantage over picking up Mariota, Winston, Carr, etc.

Agreed not sure why Landry is being singled out he's a great PPR option. Solid 3rd rounder.

I would nominate adding DT at this point.

OP has called ties before...may be headed for that again.  I'm ok with Cooks vs Gordon being about even here.  Cooks is a pretty polarizing player...
Cooks currently leads Gordon 17 to 15, but Gordon leads Allen 15 to 12. I would bet that a lot of the cooks voters take Allen over Gordon, too, though, so Gordon will likely keep "sliding" if he doesn't get a few more votes now. So the way you break this tie has a big influence on the final rankings.  What that means to me is that these guys are in the same tier - and in truth I think everything from pick 10 until now is in the same bigger tier, in the sense that a reasonable person might prefer cooks to Gurley or Hilton to 1.1. We might be getting to the bottom of this tier soon - I think we'll see that when Rodgers and luck go it's because there's no clear next rb/wr.
