Washington Redskins running back Clinton Portis did not practice on Wednesday as a result of a sore back. He is, however, expected to return to practice on Thursday.

Washington Redskins RB Clinton Portis (back) was not on the practice field today. His status remains unclear for Sunday.

Should we plan on Portis sitting out Sunday and Betts having a big day?

rotoworld: Clinton Portis (back) practiced without limitations on Friday and is listed as probable for Week 13.

Portis didn't come out for the media portion of Friday's workout, which led to some concern, but he'll be good to go against Buffalo. The Bills' defense ranks 23rd against the run and will be minus starting DE Chris Kelsay.
