ok, just 2 things i hate in leagues- what would make me- drop out after glancing 1 sec in their setting (ofcource beside its not IDP setting but a standart 1 Def/ST position one... blah) :

1. Having second QB (as a position or another flex) in the starting lineup - its killing the balance - especially in big amount of owners league i like (16-20 teams).

2. Having the useless DT postion in the starting lineup - why? just to say we have another position- almost all of them arent givinng more than 2 points per week, and almost none of them reliable. sure, they could be a Jocker- but most of the time just play them if u r desperate (or having them in the starting roster).

and now.. for my beloved IDP league setting:

In general its 4 league with the same exact setting- each year 4-5 teams drop down (last 2, 3 other with less points) and 4-5 teams move up (the regular season leader, league/playoff winner, 3 others most points teams) so we all the time improving.

i would like to read your beloved setting.

thanks in advance, Amit
