Lots of interesting players need updating this week.

Marques Colston

Joe Horn

Fred Taylor

Jerious Norwood

Warrick Dunn

Jake Delhomme

etc.

Ben Watson

Greg Jennings (ankle)

Donald Driver (shoulder - although they already said he will probably just play through the pain)

Jake Delhomme (questionable, thumb) missed practice Wednesday, although he was out on the field for Carolina.

There have been more than a few reports suggesting Delhomme is unlikely to play this week because of a torn ligament in his thumb, but Carolina won't confirm anything.

Thomas Jones allegedly "tweaked" an ankle today in practice.. or rather re-aggravated a sprained ankle from Monday nite.

Do you have a link on this or a source? I have Benson :(
the "alleged" re-tweaking i heard on WSCR before turning it off. sorry. (edit: though, the fact that the Bears did not practice on Wednesday would seem to make the WSCR "report" a load of bull#### )Jones' pain may be Benson's gainBy John MullinTribune staff reporterPublished December 13, 2006, 10:04 PM CSTThe Bears have talked about giving Cedric Benson additional carries this season. Benson's play, with an average of more than 4 yards per carry in four of the last five games, is dictating some of that. Fate also is doing some play-calling.Thomas Jones injured his ankle late in the victory in St. Louis and did not play after his season-long 30-yard run for a touchdown on the Bears' first possession of the third quarter. He was at Halas Hall for treatment Wednesday and is listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Buccaneers.Jones has started every game this season and was on the injury list last week with a groin strain."Hopefully, he'll be OK," coach Lovie Smith said.
