Looking for ideas on setting up a 12-team, 3-week playoff where everyone has a chance to playout the last three weeks of the season (or a majority of teams, like 10 outta 12)

We recently expanded to a 12 team league. We want to go with 8 teams making the Fantasy Bowl Playoffs, while the other 4 Make the Toilet Bowl. Previously I had 6 outta 10 making the Fantasy Bowl Playoffs with the two division winners getting 1st Round Byes. I'd like to go with no byes at all if I can arrange it that way. Right now with the ten team format, the losers from the 1st Round of the Fantasy Bowl drop down into the Tidy Bowl Bracket during Week 15 and play the Winners from Week 14 in that Bracket. The losers from Week 14 in the Tidy Bowl Bracket play one last time during Week 15 for final drafting positions.

I'd like it somewhat similiar to this if possible, but I'd like to get some good idas from others and their playoff arrangements. thanks guys

We send 6 teams to the Fantasy Bowl (playing for money) and 6 to the Tidy Bowl (playing for top draft picks)...not sure that's what you're looking for, but here's our brackets...

the WLAFF sends 5 playoff teams. 3 div winners gain a bye. 2 wildcards face off before the div games.

This is probably going in the worse direction than what you want to go in, but we have 4 teams making the playoffs.

Playoff Week 1 - Div A Winner vs Div B Winner (Divisional Game)

Playoff Week 1 - Wild Card A vs Wild Card B (Wild Card Game)

Playoff Week 2 - Div Game Loser vs WC Game Winner (Semifinal Game)

Playoff Week 3 - Div Game Winner vs Semi Winner (CHAMPIONSHIP)

Playoff Week 3 - Semi Loser vs WC Game Loser (3rd Place Game)

I think this system works better than the BYEs since it gives the Division Winners 2 chances to make it to the Championship game. Wild Card teams have to win both weeks to make the Championship. Unfortunately it takes longer to play out.

The remaining 8 teams can bracket off or split them into 2 groups of 4 and have each team play the other 3 teams in its group 1 time like a mini season or round robin format.
