We are very happy to have Schaub/Favre. and took O'Sullivan on a flier.Based on these lists, I'm considering taking a QB early
We're in the same boat. I waited forever to draft a QB. Seems like every round the guy I wanted was already gone and I decided I could wait another round.Schaub and V Young
The prospect of having Schaub as the starter is a bit scary. However Anderson has been dropping in a lot of leagues. But the reliable QBs like Brady/Manning/Romo/Brees/McNabb/Palmer are all gone.Based on these lists, I'm considering taking a QB early
Agreed I almost pulled the trigger on Romo in the 2nd, missed out on Brees in the 3rd by one spot, so I got Big Ben in the 5th.Based on these lists, I'm considering taking a QB early
9th: Eli Manning13th: Aarron RodgersI think a lot of people are getting WAY to wrapped up in the idea of needing a QB early. Let it slide and you will be ok.Based on these lists, I'm considering taking a QB early
Ben was gone in round 2 in my draft. The value that was left on the board and the ridiculous number of QB's that were going in a pretty standard scoring league with 1 QB as a starter was insane.I'm happy with Vince and Schaub. Worst case I'll be the one who is able to trade later while the rest will be wondering what to do with no backfield and no receivers.Agreed I almost pulled the trigger on Romo in the 2nd, missed out on Brees in the 3rd by one spot, so I got Big Ben in the 5th.Based on these lists, I'm considering taking a QB early
I don't know how this happened, I guess the other owners in my league are scared off Big-Ben's schedule but I got him with the first pick of the 7th and then added Schaub in the 10th and Warner in the 15th.
I like Ben a lot. I have had him the past 3 years in a keeper league, but decided to drop him this year (kept Marshall instead).I really dont think Ben will have the same type of success that he enjoyed last year. Pitt had a tough time running and Ben had to step up big. And he DID. However, I think Pitt will transition quickly back to a power run game with their new additions and a healthy Willie. Ben is still a top 5 qb and he has a great future ahead, but i sincerely believe he is highly, highly overvalued in fantasy drafts. The 7th round is probably to low for him to fall, but it is not completely nuts. I'll state again, i like him a lot. but there are going to bea lot of disappointed owners if you think he is throwing for 3800+ and 30+.I don't know how this happened, I guess the other owners in my league are scared off Big-Ben's schedule but I got him with the first pick of the 7th and then added Schaub in the 10th and Warner in the 15th.![]()
I also picked up Big Ben on the cheap ($9 out of $200), and then added McNabb for $2 (others had overspent).I don't know how this happened, I guess the other owners in my league are scared off Big-Ben's schedule but I got him with the first pick of the 7th and then added Schaub in the 10th and Warner in the 15th.
