Fixed. Don't know why you'd limit it to football when basketball makes a ton of money as well. If other programs actually make money for a university, then they should get a little something for their efforts as well.

Retired people should not be allowed out of their homes during the morning and evening rush unless they have a medical reason for doing so. They should also not be allowed out to lunch between 12 and 1:30;

You ought to need a license to have a kid and all males should have mandatory Vasectomies at birth until they can prove that they can raise kids - at least have a job and be involved;

money should be taken from welfare and put into education
