Chatting with my 16 year old today, she casually used the word plug in reference to her friend getting a vape pen. I asked what did that mean

a plug is someone you find on Snapchat that will get you whatever you want. Booze, weed, vapes, etc. their avatar is often an electrical plug. My kid says they’re everywhere and it’s super easy to connect with them and get whatever one wants. When her friends went to UT, they had someone bring them booze with n hour of arriving.
