Yeah he sucks, he thinks just because he was the super bowl mvp that he is good at football or something. Did you know they once gave the mvp to a guy who played on the LOSING TEAM? Look it up 1971 Baltimore Colts they were an actual team back then so if a linebacker who couldn't make the game winning tackles can be mvp then Jalen hurts stinks.

I think there is a reasonable argument Jalen Hurts is better than any QB the Giants have had in their team history, and I don't think Jalen Hurts is currently a top-5 NFL QB, though he's firmly in the 6-10 range.

ETA: Technically, the best QB the Giants ever had was Fran Tarkenton, but I don't think he's really considered a Giants QB, much the same way Tom Brady isn't considered a Bucs QB.

Paying Hurts was waste of money because you could insert Drew Lock or Tommy Devito and still win a Superbowl.

3 TDs shy of of the Superbowl Champs MVP (LOL!) QB behind the most dominant Olines, RB and WR combo in NFL history !

My favorite thing about these last 3 years is how people literally will tell me my favorite team is one of the best teams in NFL History *strictly/only* to somehow dig at Jalen Hurts, who ya know *STILL* was the Super Bowl MVP and all. And you really can't make a case for a single offensive player that should be Super Bowl MVP other than him. That to me is the best and funniest part.

And then ya know also, when you break down the roster with a rival team, other than O-Line (and remember, greatest team of all time) not a single player on the entire team is listed by any rival as a top 5 player at his position. There are a lot of hater paradoxes when it comes to my Eagles, usually the most popular team on this board Its Funny and obvious and entertaining and....Sad!

Anyway back to Super Bowl MVP Jalen Hurts

I love how focused he and the team are right now. His answers are very Tom Brady'esque - nothing before today matters. Just a true leader through and through. I think he's still pissed off and its going to be a great year for him passing the ball especially.

He's got that Jordan, Saban, Brady mentality. I love it.

I'd agree with this. I think he certainly can get in the top 5 if he learns to throw the ball into the endzone instead of needing assistance getting over the goal line like he has been getting.

I'd agree with this. I think he certainly can get in the top 5 if he learns to throw the ball into the endzone instead of needing assistance getting over the goal line like he has been getting.

Fantasy wise this year, QB5 floor, QB1 upside. One of the safest picks all around. You know he's already on one of the greatest offensive lines and offenses of all time (other people's words) and you already know they are going to give him ^A LOT^ of those goal line opportunities. Passing regression doesn't seem to be a real concern, so its just a matter of how much improvement/numbers you can expect to grow overall.
