Wouldn't change much for me within my positional rankings, but it would make me bump the top QBs relative to other positions. Knowing you have injury insurance with your Rodgers, Brady, Brees, Stafford, Cam or Vick pick is pretty huge, and no other position could offer that. Would make me think all that I just listed should go by the end of round 2.

You usually don't get BOTH scores added together - you get the best if they both play in the same game ....gives you the insurance that you aren't getting a zero if your quarterback is injured - especially early in the game
Pretty sure that IRRC the Top 12 or so QBs pretty much played 15-16 games, so the ADP is about the same for your starter.
About 1/2 of the QBs wind up making all or nearly all of their starts (A. Rodgers doesn't count last year, rested Week 17, for example). I would use current ADP for Top 10-15 guys.
I play in a league with team QB. You get all points scored from first and second string guys. Pass TDs are also worth six. QBs typically go a full round earlier than typical ADP.

Yes, that is pretty close to the league I'm talking about. You would get all points scored from the QB position as long as they are listed as a QB on the NFL roster.
I would consider a team like Arizona a little more valuable. All kinds of weapons on offense, but now you don't have to worry about who wins the training camp battle or loses their job midway through the season. Obviously I'm not bumping them to QB1 or anything, but I think it helps their value.
