Are you asking for which one to start this week?  Or which one to count on ROS?

For this week I would go with Wilson as I think the Chiefs are sneaky good on defense and will shut down Winston.  Wilson has a tough matchup too vs the Eagles but he is improving and looking like he will keep on the second half streak like last year. 

For ROS I would also go with Wilson, better team and more weapons.
