Check the $1 thread for the rules. I would say the maximum you can lose is $200 in rhe quarter one. If you aren't comfortable with that, let me know basically now.

I'm cool. I ciphered it. I'd have to really crap the bed to lose $200, but I guess anything is possible.

 
I do have a question about scoring. Are the rounds cumulative? Say I draft UK and they win it. Is that 6 points (1*6) or is it 21 points (1*1+1*2+1*3+1*4+1*5+1*6)? My assumption is the latter, but I want to verify. Thanks.

The game is a zero sum game.The rounds are 1 - 6.

If you want Kentucky and they win round 1, you earn: [seed]x[Round]x$.25x7 (7 is for each opponent). So a first round Kentucky win is worth 1 x 1 x .25 x 7 = $1.75.

Conversely, that $1.75 comes from somewhere so each of the other player balances is -.25

Each game added up equals zero dollars.

If Kentucky wins every game and you own them, you would earn

$1.75 for round 1

$3.50 for round 2

$5.25 for round 3

$7.00 for round 4

$8.75 for round 5

And $10.50 for winning the championship for a total of $36.75

Every other player balance is -$5.25.

*Round one is the field of 64. When drafting any of the four play in games, just choose that game and you get whichever team wins.

 
I'm on the road a big chunk of tomorrow, so it would be helpful to get as much of this draft knocked-out today as possible. I'll have mobile access tomorrow, but I'll be actually driving a pretty decent amount in the early morning and late afternoon/evening.
