I think I'd qualify as fairly progressive on issues of sexuality. I'm liberal, atheist, etc.

Anyway, I was made to feel like a FOX news story Facebook-sharing neanderthal early this morning listening to Sex Nerd Sandra's podcast on Asexuality (Sex Nerd Sandra rocks, btw). Interesting podcast, but I got derailed by this term.

I've never thought that the need to add letters on to GLBT or come with a million new labels was really getting out of hand until I heard this stupid term.

Queer Platonic Relationship? You mean....a ####### friend?

Today was a big day on my road to old fartdom. I don't know what the hell is going on with kids these days.

Anybody heard of this sort of thing? Is it really different than "friend"?

BTW, if anyone here is in an "ace" in a QPR at the moment, I mean no offense as I don't understand and would welcome being educated.

Watched an episode of How I Met Your Mother this weekend where Barney and Ted contemplate this.
