Question about the 159 cheatsheets projections (1 Viewer)

I am trying some mocks and using the Top 50 Best Player Available method and I got to thinking. Where do the rankings for these cheatsheets come from? They don't seem to match up with Dodds' DD projections unless I am simply an update off, although I am current. Anybody know?

Most likely from the VBD Excel file, with inputs specific to each league type.The other possibility is DD, but I think the VBD is more likely because the formats are the same.
